JK CEO’s and several consultants got together for dinner to unwind after a particularly stressful work week at a financial marketing and sales company. Through conversation about things we wished were different about our careers, our industries, our employers, and life, the sparks of innovation and passion grew and invigorated the whole dinner party. This turned into a full fledged fire, and Jin-Kuang was born!

In our discussions we got to the root of what we found to be the solution(s) to many of the issues we all faced. We designed our specific goal into the core-values of Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, and Collaboration forming the DNA to create Jin-Kuang!

Jin-Kuang International Consultants’ name was chosen through traditional methods by the Founder while he was living abroad in the democratic country known as Taiwan, while Taiwan and China share the same language, they are not the same country. Below is more on THE NAME EXPLAINED.

Jin-Kuang's Name Explained

The Founder of Jin-Kuang International Consultants was an Ex-Pat living in the Democratic Country of Taiwan, not to be confused with China. He spent nearly 2 decades there and developed a love for the local cultures and traditions. While deciding to open up his company in Taiwan, he decided to follow local traditions to choose his company name. He went to his local Daoist Temple where he asked the Master there to help him choose his company name. After some divination the Master came up with the name Jin-Kuang International Consultants.

The name Jin-Kuang 金礦quite literally translates to “Gold-Mine” Gold, 金 (Jīn): being a symbol of high-end, wealth, and luxury and a Mine 礦 (Kuàng): Mine or A Place for Determination and Hard-work. This explains exactly what Jin-Kuang International Consultants, LLC truly is, a place where Determination and Hard-Work Brings Great Rewards!
